Yvonne Ritchey

Yvonne Ritchey, 49, passed away peacefully in her home, in Powder Springs, on July 6th. After a three year battle with cancer, she passed in the arms of her husband with family surrounding her.

Yvonne was born on January 1st in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
Living in her hometown, she met the love of her life at seventeen, Dale Ritchey. Shortly after meeting him, she graduated from Terry Sanford High School in 1992. After school, she relocated with her future husband to Atlanta, Georgia where she was married and began having children a few years later.

Yvonne was known for having a radiant smile and always being kind. She lived life to the fullest, loved the beach, and was always singing or dancing. She was the most devoted wife and patient mother and truly took pride in her family.

Yvonne is survived by her children, a daughter - Dessie, and three sons - Seth, Waylon, and Bud. Along with her husband, Dale Ritchey.
In death, she is reunited with her mother, Marie Lizama.

The Ritchey family wants to thank everyone that has prayed and supported Yvonne over the last few years. We are so grateful for the ones who have rallied around our family and showed us love.
