Wilma Jo Wortman

Wilma Jo Wortman, age 81, of Marietta, Georgia passed away May 28, 2018. Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel in Marietta with Rev. Mac Berry and Rev. Richard Wilkins officiating. Interment will follow at Crest Lawn Memorial Park in Atlanta , Georgia. Mrs. Wortman was preceded in death by her husband, Bennie Joe Wortman; her parents, Charles and Francis Armour; brother and sister in law, Charles and Peggy Armour.

Mrs. Wortman was a native of Chattanooga, TN and had spent the last 36 years in the Atlanta area. She was a member of Clarkdale First Baptist Church in Clarkdale, GA.

Survivors include her daughter, Connie (Charles) Twiggs; two sons, Terry Wortman and Ben (Michelle) Wortman, Jr.; nine grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 2, 2018 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta.
