Sgt. Major William M. Ostean, Jr., age 70, of Powder Springs, GA died on March 31, 2018.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00am Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Poplar Springs Baptist Church, Hiram, GA with Dr. Wayne Meadows officiating.
Mr. Ostean will Lie in State from 9:00am until the service hour.
Interment will be at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA at 1:30pm with full honors.
Sgt. Major Ostean was born in Columbus, GA and resided in Cobb County for many years.
He served 37 years in the Armed Forces of the United States.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved his family and country.

Two children: Mr. Frank William “Claire” Ostean of Marietta and Mr. William Michael Ostean of Powder Springs.
Two brothers: Mr. Don “Vickie” Ostean, Dallas, GA and Mr. Jerry “Jane” Ostean of Brooklet, GA
One granddaughter, Sarah Ostean.
