Mr. William “Bill” “Putt” Hugh Putman, Retired Captain with the Fulton County Police Department, age 55, of Roswell Georgia, passed away June 26, 2015. Wake services will be held at 5:00 pm on 25 July 2015 at The North River Tavern in Sandy Springs. No suits, ties, or dress pants.
A native of Cobb County, Mr. Putman retired from Fulton County Police Dept and had previously worked with the Atlanta Police Dept, Metro Ambulance Service and was a graduate of Gupton-Jones College of Mortuary Science. Mr. Putman was of the Christian faith.
He is survived by 3 sons: Steven Michael Putman, Cumming, GA; Michael Jeffrey Putman, Fort Benning, GA; Joseph Jarrad Putman, Ballground, GA and one sister, Karen Chandler, Las Vegas, NV.
