Wanda Pennington

Wanda M. Pennington, age 72, of Powder Springs, GA passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2015. Funeral services will be at 4 pm Sunday, May 31, 2015 at Trinity Chapel Church of God, Powder Springs with Pastor Randy Newton officiating. She will lie in state at the church from 3 pm until 4 pm. Mrs. Pennington was retired from Kroger where she was employed as a Baker. She was a faithful member of Trinity Chapel Church of God where she was a member of the Team 58 Ministries. She will forever be missed for her generosity and kindness to everyone she met. Her cooking and baking will be missed by so many who loved her!



Mrs. Pennington was preceded in death by Brenda Downs and John W. Gossett III. She is survived by her husband, Larry Pennington of Powder Springs; Children, Clinton B. Foster of Powder Springs, John W. Gossett II of Cedar Bluff, AL; 4 daughters and 3 sons through marriage; 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; Sisters, Eyvone Johnson of Marietta and Norma Serafy of Wellsville, OH; several nieces and nephews and Spiritual Brothers and Sisters of Trinity Chapel and Team 58 Ministries.
