Thomas Allan Williams

Thomas Allan Williams (Tommy) of Powder Springs, GA passed away on July 31, 2023 at the age of 75 from heart complications.
Tommy, a native of Chattanooga, TN, was a 1966 graduate of Brainerd High School and a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He worked for many years as a union carpenter for nuclear power plants throughout the country. Prior to that he worked on the Alaska pipeline, in the oil fields of Saudi Arabia, and in South Africa.
Tommy had a passion for life. He loved extended road trips on his BMW touring bike or in his classic blue MG. He enjoyed doing special projects on his house and creating the yard of his dreams. He was an avid reader and an intellectual. His sense of humor, quick wit and expressive personality left an indelible mark on all who knew him.
Tommy is survived by his sister, Janet Williams Kemp, brothers Robert (Bob) Williams, Richard (Rick) Williams and several nieces and nephews.
