Thomas Randall Minter

Thomas Randall Minter, age 80, of Dallas, Georgia passed away Saturday, September 3, 2022. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta. Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta.

Born in Acworth, GA, Mr. Minter lived in Cobb County for most of his life. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, having served for 6 years. Afterwards, he worked as a General Machinist for Lockheed, retiring after 40 years of employment. He loved hunting and fishing, and was a member of hunting clubs and square dancing clubs. Mr. Minter was also a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints - Cedarcrest Ward.

Survivors include: Wife of 21 years, Joan Minter; 2 Sons, Brent R. (Michelle) Minter, Douglasville, GA, and Brian T. (Erika) Minter, Kansas City, KS; Step Son, Ricky W. (Ann) Johnson, North Carolina; Brother, Warren Henry Minter; Sister, Harriett Hall; 2 Granddaughters, Jessica M. Minter, and Laylanee Minter; Step Grandchildren, Max Johnson, Melissa Johnson, and Brian Johnson.
