Wayne Crowe

With great sadness, we announce the passing of Thomas "Wayne" Crowe. Wayne died from heart disease and cancer on September 13th 2022. We are comforted knowing that Wayne is with his Lord and Savior and is no longer suffering.
Wayne was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia. He attended Osborne Elementary and Osborne High School. He was drafted into the Army and served in Vietnam. He then went to work for Southern Bell (AT&T) where he retired after 34 years. After retirement he became a real estate agent and enjoyed working with his wife, Carolyn until his health declined.
Wayne was preceded in death by his parents William Thomas and Loueva Crowe, brother Lanier Crowe, and nephew Jeff Crowe. Wayne is survived by his wife of 52 years, Carolyn Hardin Crowe, daughters, Lori (Brad) Smith and Ashley (Zach) Winsett, grandsons, Evan Smith, Grant Smith, and Ryan Winsett. Sisters in law Frances Crowe, Glenda (Steve) Stark, nieces Jill (Jim) Mutimer, and Tiffany (Richard) Hughes, and nephew, Brandon Coleman.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2022, at West Cobb Funeral Home beginning at 10:00 am. A Celebration of Life Service for Wayne will follow at 11:30 am.
