Thelma Y Morris

Thelma Y. Morris, age 88, of Marietta, GA passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2016. Funeral Services will be held at 2pm on Sunday, November 27th at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta. Burial will follow at Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery.
Born in Anderson, SC, Mrs. Morris lived in the Cobb County area for most of her life. She was a retired school teacher, and had taught at Powers Ferry Elementary, the Heiskell School and Eastside Baptist Kindergarten. She was a proud graduate of Berry College in Rome, and loved to sing in her church choir at Eastside Baptist Church and Tabernacle Baptist Church.
