Thela Faye Hunter, age 73, of Baconton, GA passed away Sunday, August 3, 2014. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2014 at 2 pm in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, Marietta with Rev. Bill Davis officiating. The family will receive friends from 11 am until the service at the funeral home on Saturday.
Mrs. Hunter was born in Haymond, KY and moved from Florida to Georgia approximately 20 years ago. She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Hunter and is survived by her sons: Bennie Fulwood of Hiram; Christopher (Andrea Deskins) Fulwood of Clinton, MI; Curtis (Shelly Aumiller) Fulwood of Rockmart; her daughters: Paula (Irshad Ali) Ali of Virginia; Michele Fulwood of Baconton and Nancy Fulwood of Hiram; 11 siblings: Billy Davis, Sammy Davis, Ricky Davis, Ronnie Davis, Ernie Davis, Jack Davis, Lavina Payne, Shelby Langer, Johnny Davis, Jimmy Davis and Linda Asher and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
