Sybil L. Perkins Herndon, age 88, of Marietta, Georgia passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2021. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta. Interment will follow at 2pm at Polk Memory Gardens in Cedartown, Georgia.
A native of Cedartown, Mrs. Herndon lived in Marietta for the past 60 years. She formerly worked at Uptons Retail Store, and was a member of Kresge United Methodist Church in Cedartown. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jackie E. Herndon.
Survivors include: 4 Children, Darrell (Dee Ann) Herndon, Powder Springs, GA, Harrell (Sherry) Herndon, Fairmount, GA, Ronald (Lynn) Herndon, Acworth, GA and Phyllis (Tommy) McMillan, Powder Springs, GA; 10 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren.
