Steven A. Edmonds

Steven Alan Edmonds, age 67, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away on Monday, February 3rd from complications of lung cancer. Steve was a fiber optic sub-contractor for AT&T. He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Lynn Stevenson-Edmonds; his mother Janette Lefler Edmonds; his daughter Julie Free and her husband Chris; step-son Travis Stevenson; a brother Bradley Edmonds; his sister Dee Larsen and her husband Greg; nephew Geoffrey Larsen, his wife Barbara and great niece, Katie; step-grandchildren Brayden, Taylor, Cody and Austin as well as numerous step-nieces, step-nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Steve was a long time resident of Paulding County. He loved drag racing, fishing and camping. He had a contagious laugh and often was the life of the party. He loved his Miller Lite Beer, pool parties, good music and just hanging with family and friends. He loved God too. He left a legacy that will never be forgotten.

The family will receive family and friends Saturday, February 8, from 11 am until 1 pm at the West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta.
