Steve Rule

Steve Rule, age 66, of Dallas, Georgia passed away Monday, November 25, 2019. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta.

He was born and raised in Knoxville, TN. After proudly serving his country in the United States Marine Corp, Mr. Rule moved to Marietta, GA in 1985, then to Dallas, GA in 2005. He worked as a Hydraulic Technician for over 20 years, most recently for Whiting Services of Chicago. He was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Woodstock. His love of the Tennessee Volunteers, classic cars, and NASCAR could only be rivaled by his love of family and friends. Steve Rule was the most caring husband, father, grandfather, and brother anyone could ever know.

Steve is survived by his wife of 38 years Dee Rule, his son Brian, son Kevin with wife Katherine, 5 grandchildren: Samantha, Chloe, Tucker, Brodie, and Brian along with 4 sisters: Dawn, Lisa, Susan, and Deanna.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Steve Rule's memory to the First Baptist Church of Woodstock, or to the Connect Global Network @ http://connectglobalnetwork.org/donate/ . The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, 2480 Macland Road, Marietta, GA 30064.
