Stephen John Allen Golden went home to be with Jesus on Saturday February 9, 2019 at home with his wife by his side.
Steve was born March 3, 1944. Steve was a devout Christian who loved Jesus and his family. The world lost a great man. Steve was kind, patient, quiet and would pray with or for you at the drop of a hat. He loved his family, church, Georgia Tech and his country. He will be missed but we know that he can finally rest and isn’t suffering anymore.
He is survived by his wife Gayle, Children; Brian Hardin (Jackie) of Dallas, Ga. Jeff Hardin of Northport Ala, Angie Kinnamon (Mike) of Dade City Fl., and Rebecca Hardin of Woodstock, Ga. One brother, James R. Golden of Marietta Ga. Grandchildren; Alison, Alicia, J.J, Laney, Ellie, Gabe, Charlie, Raquel, Caleb, Aubrey, Autumn, Jacob & great grandchildren; Ansyn and Alejandra. A niece Kelli (Chris) and nephew Wade Golden.
A celebration of life in his honor will be held at Mount Paran North on Friday February 15th @ 1:30pm.
