Stephanie was born in Atlanta, GA to Tami Loretta Ray-Schonleber and Stephen Richard Ray on July 23rd, 1990. She went to school at South Paulding High School and continued her education at West Georgia University, where she received her bachelor’s degree. After college, she pursued her career of early childhood education at Bay Springs Academy in Villa Rica, GA.
Stephanie loved children and devoted her education to becoming a teacher and ultimately had a helping hand in raising today’s youth. In the short time she experienced this endeavor, she touched the lives of so many young children.
In her lifetime, Stephanie devoted her life to Jesus and her three, beautiful children: Abbigale, Dillan and Collin. Her children will continue to grow and represent her many shining qualities.
Stephanie was gifted with a servant’s heart. She always put others before herself. She selflessly worked to ensure those around her were always happy.
Stephanie is preceded in death by Bonnie Mercedes Ray; grandmother, Larry Marvin Bartlett; grandfather, Roy Gene McCollum; great uncle/godfather, Richard Easley Ray; grandfather, and Jessica Lynn Sorrow; cousin.
Left to cherish her memories are her three children: Abbigale Ellise Shedd, 16, Dillan Scott Shedd, 14, and Collin Matthew Shedd, 8; parents, Tami Loretta Schonleber and Stephen Richard Ray; sister, Kelsie Erin Ray; stepfather, David Alen Schonleber; step-mother, Pam Denise Ray, step-siblings, Caitlin Victoria Schonleber and Devin Alexander Schonleber.
