Stanley Franklin Heaton

Stanley Franklin Heaton, 78, of Marietta passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2016. Graveside services will be held 12:00 noon on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at West Sopchoppy Cemetery in Sopchoppy, FL. Mr. Heaton was a graduate of West Fulton High School and was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He retired from Xerox after 35 years of employment and was of the Methodist Faith. Mr. Heaton enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing and spending time with his wife and his pets. He is preceded in death by his wife, Jean Bolas Heaton and is survived by his children, Steve Heaton of Douglasville, GA and Sam and Bonnie Heaton of Marietta; Special friend, adopted in love, Stephan Link; grandchildren, Chelsie Stehlik, Nikki Heaton and Tiffany Henderson; great grandchildren, Emberlee Henderson and Eleanor Stehlik.
