Shirley Smith

Shirley Moore Smith, age 83, of Powder Springs, Georgia passed away Saturday, December 26, 2020. A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta with Rev. Matthew Smith officiating.

A lifelong resident of Cobb County, Mrs. Smith graduate from McEachern High School. She worked as a bookkeeper with her husband for Glover A.Smith Distributors, Inc. She was a longtime member of Corner Baptist Church and Macland Baptist Church where she played organ at both, and loved to travel and going to the beach. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glover Allen Smith, on December 4, 2020.

Survivors include: 3 Children, Gregory (Debby) Smith, Powder Springs, GA, Jeffrey (Sabrena) Smith, Dallas, GA and Sheri Smith Anderson, Lawrenceville, GA; 5 Grandchildren, Kila (Brad) Oldershaw, Terance Smith, Michael (Lauren) Smith, Matthew (Brandy) Smith and Mason Smith; 6 Great Grandchildren, Darion and Bree Oldershaw, Caleb, Braylee, Kenlee and Colt Smith
