Sheryl Ann Lopez

Sheryl Ann Lopez, age 65, of Austell, Georgia passed away February 13, 2021. Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 pm on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, GA. Preceded in death by her daughter Christina Marie Baggett and her parents Leila Louise Awtrey Clark and Ronald Maurice Clark.

Sheryl was born in Atlanta, GA and was a lifelong resident of Cobb County, GA. She was a member of Orange Hill Baptist Church for many years and lately attended Destiny Metropolitan Worship Center with her daughter before Covid and has been involved with the online services of the church since. She retired from Campbell and Brannon Law Firm. Sheryl loved watching TV, reading, shopping, trying new restaurants, helping others, flying, Gatlinburg, TN and especially loved spending time with her loving family and her dogs.

Survivors include: husband: Francisco "Frank" Lopez of Austell, GA; daughter: Rebecca Guntharp of Austell, GA; grandchild: Taylor Baggett of Austell, GA; two sisters: Sheila Rolfe of Marietta, GA and Sheri (Stoney) Bowles of Dallas, GA; niece: Danielle (Ryan) Kirby of Tampa, FL; nephews: Ronald Rolfe of Marietta, GA and Derrick (Abigayle) Bowles of Smyrna, GA.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 13, 2021 from 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, GA.
