Mr. Shelton Thomas Segars, age 76, of Powder Springs, GA passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2011. Funeral Services will be held 12pm Saturday in the chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Lee McGarity officiating. Burial will follow at Crestlawn Cemetery in Atlanta.
A native of South Caroline, Mr. Segars lived in Powder Springs for the past 22 years. He owned and operated Bankhead Lock and Mower in Atlanta for 47 years, and was a member of Canaan Fellowship Baptist Church in Mableton. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Pat White.
