Sean Michael Tarrant

Sean Michael Tarrant, age 59, of Marietta passed away February 16, 2015. A funeral mass will be held at Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Marietta at 10 am on Friday, February 20.
Sean was raised in Ramsey, NJ; graduated college in Radford, VA in 1977 and then moved to Southern California where he met his wife in San Francisco in 1984. They moved to Marietta in 1986. Sean was a loving husband and father. He coached his daughters at the West Cobb Girls Softball Association and Cobb Futbol Club at Tramore Park. He loved Georgia football games. Athens was his home on Saturdays during football season.
Sean is preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his loving wife, Karin Tarrant of Marietta and 3 daughters: Kelly Tarrant of Atlanta; Rosemary Tarrant of Raleigh, NC; Colleen Tarrant of Atlanta; siblings: Janice (Kevin) O’Connor of Central Valley, NY, Billy (Chrissy) Tarrant of Raleigh, NC, Maureen (Vincent) Lala of Raleigh, NC, Barbara (Richard) Head of Debary, FL and Brendan Tarrant of San Diego, CA.
