Sandra Sue Shelton

Sandra Sue Shelton, 66, of Powder Springs, passed away Monday, October 24, 2011. Funeral services will be held at 11am on Wednesday, October 26, 2011, in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Mike Woods and Rev. Richard Wilkins officiating. Interment will follow at Paulding Memorial Gardens. Born in Knoxville, TN, Mrs. Shelton moved to Cobb County 40 years ago from Ft. Myers, FL. Sandra was a former cafeteria worker with the Cobb County School System and was also a member of First Baptist Church of Powder Springs. Survivors include her husband, Jim Shelton; children, Scott Shelton of Temple, Greg Shelton of Gardendale, AL, Anthony Krahwnkel of Powder Springs, Angye Morgan of Austell, James Shelton of Roswell and Amanda Newsome; 15 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 5pm-8pm.
