Sam Daniel Carney, Jr., age 60, of Acworth, GA passed away on Tuesday, July 29, 2014. Memorial Services will be held on Friday, August 1, 2014 at 4 pm in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Alan Davis officiating.
Survivors include his wife, Susan Carney of Acworth, son, Jason Carney of Marietta, step-daughter, Julie Bell of Acworth, sister, Sharon McCravy of Marietta and 4 grandchildren.
Mr. Carney lived most of his life in Marietta and graduated from Osborne High School. He was a veteran of the United States Army and owner/operator of S. Daniel Carney, Inc. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in Sam Daniel Carney’s honor.
