Sally Louise Miller

Ms. Sallie L. Miller, passed away Monday, March 7, 2022, at her home in Marietta, GA. She was 93 years old and had been ill for several months.
Sallie was born April 19, 1928, in Checotah, OK. She later resided in Henrietta, OK, with her parents and seven siblings.
She had been employed by Borg-Warner and for 18 years at Lockheed Martin, here in Cobb County. Later, Sallie and her husband, James C. Miller, Sr. who preceded her in death in 2000, and their son Jimmy, worked together for over 40 years to build Circle “A” Fences, Inc., here in Marietta into the largest distributor of fence products in North GA and the surrounding area.
Ms. Miller is survived by one sister, Lily Ann, her son Jimmy Miller and his fiancée Susan McTyre, granddaughters Jamie Miller Stout and her spouse Mat, Rachael Miller Cannon and her spouse Chris, Tim and Tonya McTyre and family, in addition to 7 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Sunday, March 13, 2022, at West Cobb Funeral Home. The family will be receiving friends from 1:00-3:00pm and the Funeral Service will be held at 3:00pm in the chapel. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Baptist Church at 1752 Macland Rd., Marietta, GA 30064.
