Ruth "Nonie" Kinsey

Ruth "Nonie" Kinsey, age 95, of Powder Springs, Georgia passed away Thursday, August 11, 2022. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta. Interment will follow at Powder Springs Memorial Gardens.
A native of Walker County, Mrs. Kinsey moved to Cobb County in May of 1952. She worked as a seamstress for Cluett and Peabody / Arrow Shirt Company for over 20 years. She was a member of Lithia Heights Baptist Church. Her family fondly remembers her passions for keeping a clean and neat house, yard work, shopping, gardening, and spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harkless M. Kinsey, in 2013, and her sister, Ruby Scealf, in 2006.
Survivors include: Son, Garry (Diane) Kinsey, Powder Springs, GA; Granddaughter, Stephanie Hubbell, Powder Springs, GA; 2 Great Grandsons, Jacob Hubbell, Powder Springs, GA and Will Hubbell, Knoxville, TN; Brother, Jack Harp, Rossville, GA.
