Robert Lynn Sanders

Robert “Bob” Lynn Sanders, age 74 of Marietta, passed away July 1, 2015. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 pm on Sunday, July 5 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, Marietta. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 am on Monday, July 6 at Riverstone Church in Kennesaw.
Bob is preceded in death by his parents: Kenneth and Eva Sanders and his brother, Donald. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Lynn Sanders; daughter: Michelle (Allen) Lochamy of Marietta and son, Kevin (Camilla) Sanders of Marietta and was GrandBob to his grandchildren: Jonah Sanders, Edie Sanders, Colin Lochamy, Ethan Lochamy; brothers: Ray and Joe Sanders, sister: Jan Barron and sister-in-law Shirley Sanders, and nieces and nephews.
Bob was born in Mobile, AL and has lived in Georgia over 50 years. He was an HVAC mechanic for many years and most recently was working for the Cobb County Board of Education. He served four years in the United States Air Force. He loved to build and fix just about anything. He would do what he could for anybody, but he loved his wife, children and grandchildren most of all.
