Robert Eugene Manning

Robert E. Manning, age 79, of Powder Springs, GA passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2018. Funeral Services will be held at 2pm on Thursday, February 1st at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Snyder Turner officiating. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery. The family will receive friends tonight (Wednesday, January 31st) from 5pm until 8pm, and Thursday from 1pm until 2pm prior to the ceremony.
A lifelong resident of Cobb County, Mr. Manning worked as a builder in the construction industry. He also worked at Sears for 20 years, and was a 50 year member of the Samuel Lawrence Masonic Lodge #33, where he was a past Master. He was an avid private pilot and enjoyed traveling with his family.
