Robert Gruetzbach

Robert Gruetzbach, age 81, of Powder Springs, Georgia passed away June 17, 2018. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, June 22, 2018 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel in Marietta. Interment will follow at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia.

Robert was a native of San Francisco, CA and has lived in Powder Springs, GA since 1996 where he was a long time attendee of First Baptist Church in Powder Springs. He was a man of God who loved sharing his testimony. He loved his wife and family, spending time outdoors, and in his younger years, playing tennis. He retired in November of 2016 from Printpack after 55 years.

Survivors include: Robert's wife of 51 years, Mrs. Billydean Gruetzbach of Powder Springs, GA. His four children: Christine (Tim) Meals of Pleasant Hill, CA, Cathleen (Chris) McCoy of Walnut Creek, CA, Robert (Christina) Gruetzbach of Rincon, GA and Elizabeth (Wes) Garrett of Dallas, GA. Robert's sister: Ose Begley of Grants Pass, OR. Robert's brother: Richard Gruetzbach also of Grant Pass, OR. His ten grandchildren: Sophia, Daniel and Eva Meals, Brooke, Luke and Joshua McCoy, Miriam and Robbie Gruetzbach, and Carter and Logan Garrett

Friends are welcome on Friday June 22, 2018 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta.
