Ray Flowers, age 71, of Marietta, GA passed away on Monday, September 19, 2011. Funeral Services will be held 2pm on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at Macland Baptist Church with Dr. Richard Walker and Pastor Brian Bloye officiating. Interment will follow at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park in Marietta, GA. Mr. Flowers was a retired Construction Manager with Post Properties and Oxford Properties and was a member of the Atlanta Apartment Association. He was a member of Macland Baptist Church and was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Mr. Flowers was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Alexander and Alma Lois Faulk Flowers and his sister, Jill Saxton. He is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Kathleen Flowers of Marietta. Devoted father to children, Randy Flowers and wife, Sharon of Powder Springs and Ronda Flowers Hunt and husband, Rodney of Acworth; Sister, Pauline Scott of Ozark, AL. Loving PawPaw to the grandchildren, Bradley, Beth and Blake Flowers and Haley and Natalie Hunt.
