. Phoenix Etienne Ngamariju was born on December 1st, 2003, and was the only child to Hakeem and Sevanne Ngamariju of Powder Springs, Ga. He was born in Hartford, CT and later moved to Georgia in October 2017. Phoenix was dearly loved by many who knew him and described him as an amazing and best friend anyone could ask for who encouraged and comforted others around him. He had the biggest heart, too large for this world to contain. He loved his mom dearly and his dog Sheba. He was generous and kind to those less fortunate and was a defender and protector to the weak. He was intelligent and wise beyond his years and is especially beloved by his mom, family and friends.
Phoenix is preceeded in death by his father, Hakeem Mpetumbe Ngamariju, and Aunt, Gina Johnson Matsche. Survivors include his loving mother, Sevanne Ngamariju, Loving Grandparents, Marilyn (David) Clark, Closest Uncles; Dave Johnson and others; Closest Aunts; Michelle Johnson and others, Closest Cousins; Walter and Waden Matsche and others, and a host of distant extended family members.
