Patricia Bowles Shaffer

Patricia Bowles Shaffer, age 74, of Kennesaw, Georgia passed away September 24, 2022. Funeral Service will be held at 4:00 pm on Friday, September 30, 2022 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel in Marietta, Georgia with Greg Pocock officiating. Interment will held 1:00 pm, Saturday, October 1, 2022 at Louisville City Cemetery in Louisville, Georgia.

Pat was a Registered Nurse which spanned 50 plus years of service. Pat dedicated her life to serving others within the medical profession. Pat held a Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing and Master's Degree in Nursing Forensics. Pat worked at St. Joseph Hospital in Patient Administration, Emergency Medicine and Patient care on the 7th Floor. After retiring from St. Joseph Hospital, she continued serving others by working as Registered Flight Nurse with Medway Air Ambulance. She specialized in Critically Care for Pediatrics.

Survivors include: two sons, Jason and Tonya Poole of Dallas, GA, and Rob Shaffer of Kennesaw, GA.; brother: Mr. and Mrs. David Bowles of Waynesboro GA; Grandchildren Mason Poole, Morgan Poole, Bryhane Shaffer, Khody Shaffer, Kayla Jones, Kimberly McAdams, Terry McAdams, Mr. and Mrs. Tyler and Lana Faye Baxter, and thirteen great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Friday, September 30, 2022 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, GA.
