Patricia Anne Lilly

Patricia “Patty” Lilly was a loving wife, invested mother, game-changing grandmother, amazing sister, and the best friend anyone could ever have. Her beautiful spirit transitioned to her heavenly home on June 29, 2024 at the age of 64. She was peacefully surrounded by her family. 

Patty was born to Atillio and Alice Basciano on November 25, 1959.

Patricia is survived by her husband Thomas: her two children, Jennifer and Brian, followed by three grandsons, Julian, Jameson and Denver. All of which were certain that she hung the moon!! 

She began her journey in Brooklyn NY and later moved to Long Island where she graduated from Sachem High School. Shortly after graduating she began spending the summers in Montauk where she met her one true love, Thomas. They fell madly in love, and built a beautiful marriage and family together for nearly 40 years. Their love for one another was undeniable!

Patty was a devoted mother who was always there offering support, wisdom and an abundance of love and patience. She held on to those she loved and she loved hard! More than anything, she loved spending time with her family and friends, especially when that time was spent around a dinner table and preferably with Italian food at the center. 

Patty will be profoundly missed, but her spirit will continue to guide and inspire all who were blessed to know her and be loved by her. 

 A memorial service will be held on
