Osner Joanis born December 16th, 1950, in Jackson Bainet Haiti, to Ikreya and Leones Joanis. He survived by his wife Flavie J. Lafleur, his children (Osna JOANIS, Flamise JOANIS, Nerline JOANIS, Guy JOANIS, Shella JOANIS, and Canisha JOANIS, stepchildren Julio JEAN Simon and Betty NICOLAS). His brothers and sisters Leonel, Leonsio, Valango, Omene, Leonie, Clemene. Dad’s family moved Saint Louis in the early 1960’s, where he met mom in the early 1970’s (he used to tell the story of when he first saw my mom, he knew she was the one for him and pursued her until she agreed to be with him). They later on got married on August 20th, 1994, mom and dad’s love for each other was something out of this world. He was a responsible husband and devoted father to his family, and hard working.

Papa today we are gathered here today not to mourn your life, though it hurts seeing you go, but instead we want to celebrate your life, a life that brought joy to each and every person you crossed path with. Pa this isn’t goodbye, it’s see you later for we know those who are in Christ have hope to live again, that time around sickness won’t have the power to make you suffer any longer. REST IN CHRIST!

Biographie

Né le 16 Décembre 1950 à Jackson Bainet. Vers les années 65 il s’est rendus à saint louis du sud ou il a rencontré sa femme bienaimée, au cours des années 70 ils ont décidé de se mettre ensemble et ont eu 7 enfants dont 6 filles et 1 garçon, et 13 petits enfants. Le 20 aout 1994 ils ont contracté mariage. C’était un mari et un père responsable dévoué à sa famille, travailleur il aimait les gens. Papa ta famille, tes proches, et tous ceux qui t’ont aimé sont ici aujourd’hui pour te rendre hommage. Nous sommes là, réunis en ce lieu pour te dire au revoir. Tu es parti avant nous bien trop tôt après tant de douleurs, et tu nous rappelles qu’ici-bas notre vie est peu de chose.
