Oley Harrison Lynn Sr.

Oley Harrison Lynn, Sr., age 82, of Marietta, Georgia passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2019. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, March 8, 2019 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Bill Rorie officiating. Interment will follow at Crest Lawn Memorial Park in Atlanta, GA.
A native of Tennessee, Mr. Lynn lived in Marietta for the past 43 years. He retired from the United States Army as a Master Sergeant after 21 years of service. Afterwards, he worked at Lockheed for 15 years. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Priscilla Lynn in 1979.
Survivors include: Wife of 61 years, Peggy Jane Lynn; 5 Children, Vivian (Chris) Dezouche, Villa Rica, GA, Oley Harrison (Cindy) Lynn, Jr., Cedar Bluff, AL, Steven Lynn, Austell, GA, and Belinda (Thomas) Hawk, Dallas, GA; Sister, Shirley Pedgo, Lenoir City, TN; 7 Grandchildren, Melissa Woodward, Rebecca Mixon, Kelsey Lynn Hubbard, Patrick Lynn, Brittany Lynn, Cortney Hawk and Victoria Hawk; 9 Great Grandchildren, Khalil Woodward, Vada Dunnahoo, Matthew Colin Mixon, Isabel Mixon, Tommy Lynn, Cameron Lynn, Lucas Mixon, William Hubbard and Spencer Hawk.
