Michael Tocco

Michael Tocco, 71, retired New York police officer died Sunday Feb. 5th, 2017. Mr. Tocco was born in Fez, Morocco and came to this country with his family in 1956. He lived in Queens NY. In 1974 he joined the NYPD and received his retirement in 1984. During his life he lived in Ft. Bragg California, Ocala Florida and moved to Marietta Georgia in 2010. He attended St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Smyrna.

He is survived by his wife Jill, daughter Anne (Marcelo) Seixas, and son Michael (Rose) Tocco of Liberty NY , 3 grandchildren, Michael, Mariana, and Luciana, sister Christiane of France, brothers Gabriel of Wyoming and Pierre of Virginia.

The family will celebrate his life Monday Feb. 13th at West Cobb Funeral home from 2pm until 4pm and 6pm until 8pm and with a funeral mass Tues. Feb. 14th at 10am at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church Smyrna Ga. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his honor to St. Judes Children's Hospital, Feed the Children, or Edesia.
