Michael Wayne Lanning

Michael Wayne Lanning, age 61, of Robertsdale, AL passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2014. Funeral Services will be held 2pm on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Ricky Hurd officiating. Interment will follow at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park in Marietta.

A native of the Atlanta area, Mr. Lanning retired from Mayfield Dairies after over 20 years of employment. Afterward, he worked at Lowes Home Improvement for the last 7 years. Mr. Lanning loved to work on things and was very handy and he could fix anything you put in front of him. He enjoyed laying out house plans, building things, muscle cars, jeeps, guns and hunting. He was a member of Loxely Church of God.

7 Grandchildren: Josh, Christian, Jake, Jodi, Alyssa, Devin and Julie
