Michael a native and life long resident of Marietta, GA. He loved collecting stamps and coins. Michael also loved spending time with his family.
Survivors include: parents: Homer and Joyce Johnston; four sisters: Cynthia Johnston, Wendy Rich, Cathy Sue Popham and Kathryn Sorenson and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 23, 2017, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, GA.
