Maurice M. Robinson

Maurice M. Robinson, 65, of Powder Springs, passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2012.



A memorial service will be held at 11am on Saturday, February 4, 2012, in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta.



Born in Scotland in 1946, Mr. Robinson was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps and worked as a credit analyst with Arch Chemical Company. He married his wife, Patricia, in 1971, and just recently celebrated their 40th Anniversary. Maurice enjoyed spending time with his family at their cabin in Cherry Log where he spent time shooting and collecting guns. He was a car enthusiast and was always working on his “baby” – a GT Mustang. He adored his wife and loved spoiling his grandchildren.



Survivors include his wife, Patricia Robinson; daughter, Danielle Massey; son, Douglas Robinson and grandchildren, Kaia Robinson, Holly Robinson and Landon Massey.



The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 10am until the service.
