Mary D. Collins

Mary D. Collins, age 77, of Marietta, Georgia passed away May 28, 2018. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel in Marietta with Rev. Cindy Blocksidge officiating. Interment will follow at Georgia Memorial Park in Marietta, Georgia. Mrs. Collins was preceded in death by her husband Thomas P. Collins.

Mrs. Collins was a native of Birmingham, AL but lived most of her life in the Cobb County area. She was a member of McEachern United Methodist Church. She loved to help in the McEachern UMC Food Pantry, Watching grandchildren play softball and spending time with her family. She loved to sit and read her Bible.

Survivors include: step-son: Dan Collins of Marietta, GA; brother: William Drewry; and granddaughters: Katilyn R. Collins, and Ashley L. Collins; and nephew: Rick Drewry.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta.
