Margaret Grace Burkhalter

Margaret Grace Burkhalter, age 100, of Cumming, GA, passed away Sunday January 5, 2020. Funeral Service will be held 2pm Friday, January 10, 2020 with Rev. Mike White and Rev. Hayward Bass officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Harmony Memorial Gardens. She is preceded in death by her husband, Louie Foy Burkhalter; son, Charles Burkhalter and Siblings, Ernest Boling, Irene Franklin and Thelma Barfield.
A native of Ball Ground, GA born on July 14, 1919. Mrs. Burkhalter was a member of the Assembly of God Tabernacle in Atlanta, GA.
She is survived by her children, Merlin Burkhalter Goss of Savannah, Sylvia Burkhalter Holland (Shelvey) of Cumming and Emory Burkhalter (Juanita) of Crestview, FL; one daughter-in-law: Judy Burkhalter of Marietta, GA; 14 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Friday, January 10, 2020 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, GA.
