Luis Gonzalez

Luis Gonzalez joined the Lord on October 5, 2022, at the age of 82. A native from Puerto Rico and resident of Marietta, GA. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Carmen Iris Gonzalez, their daughter Michelle "Chela" Gonzalez; son-in-law Cesar Cardona and granddaughters Jenniffer and Ashley Cardona Gonzalez; their daughter Michelle Gonzalez; son-in-law Tony Davenport and granddaughter Elyzabeth Gonzalez-Davenport, their son Luis Gonzalez; daughter-in-law Carla and grandsons Luis Enrique and Lorenzo Gonzalez. He is also survived by his sister; Freddy. Luis was preceded in death by his parents, Carmen and Angel Luis Gonzalez; and his siblings Olga and Rafael.

Luis enlisted in the Army and served as a radio specialist during the Vietnam War. After his military service he attended Universidad de Puerto Rico receiving a degree in Business Administration. Luis had a passion for the arts, music and woodworking, having created many pieces for his family.
