Louis Luke Panezich

Louis Luke Panezich, age 84, of Powder Springs, Georgia passed away May 6, 2017. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, May 12, 2017 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Lithia Springs.
Louis a native of Buffalo, NY has lived many years in the Powder Springs area. Louis was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church, American Legion in Powder Springs. He was a Special ED Teacher for 37 years. Loved reading, bird watching, woodworking and a Master Carpenter. He also served in the United States Army during the Korean War.
Survivors include: wife of 20 years: Arlene Panezich; two sons: Luke Panezich and Martin Korb; two daughters: Christine Standridge and Cheryl O'Connell; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Louis Panezich's memory to Wellstar Community Hospice 4040 Hospital West Drive , Austell, GA, 30106 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, www.stjude.org .
The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 11, 2017 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta. Online guest book at www.westcobbfuneralhome.com .
