Lillian Evans, age 102, of Marietta, GA passed away on Friday, August 7, 2015. Funeral Services will be held at 2pm on Sunday, August 9, 2015 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Scotty Davis officiating. Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta.
Born in Commerce, GA, Mrs. Evans lived most of her life in Marietta. She was a homemaker, a devoted Christian, and a member of Austin Avenue Baptist Church. She was a member of the Jolly Sixties, and enjoyed gardening, canning, quilting, cooking, and being with her family.
Survivors include: Son, Don Evans, Marietta, GA; 3 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren.
