Leon George Greene, Jr.

Leon George  Greene, age 76, of Marietta, Georgia passed away April 23, 2024. He was the son of the late Leon George Greene, Sr. and Mary Hazel Crowe Greene. Leon served his country with honor as a Marine during the Vietnam War, as a M.P.  on a variety of military bases. He also served his Lord as a deacon at Milford Baptist Church for many years.

 Survivors include: His loving wife of 54 years, Betty Jo Greene, Brothers: Donald and Randy Greene, Sisters: Patricia Garrett and Linda Cook, and numerous nieces and nephews, Children Chris (Robin) Greene and Angela Greene Holder, Grandchildren: Michael (Daylan), Lauren, Alissa (Jake), Krysta and Gavin, Great-Grandchildren: Charlotte, Josie and Anna Belle.

 The family will receive friends on Monday, April 29, 2024 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, Georgia.
