Lela Juaniece Davenport

Lela Juaniece Davenport, 58, of Marietta, GA, passed away on December 31st, 2022. Born in Moulton Alabama. She married Jeffrey Ray Davenport, her loving husband of 27 wonderful years. They raised three sons. She enjoyed doing hair, so she became a hairdresser for over twenty years. She also faithfully worked for Ace Hardware for over ten years. Both occupations flowed from her being a people person that loved interacting with other people. Especially with children.
Survivors include her sons, Joe Davenport (Ashley) of Canton, GA., Jacob Davenport (Crystal) of Hiram, GA., Ethan Davenport of Marietta, GA.; grandchildren, Nicholas and Asher Dial of Hiram, GA.; Mother, Lela May Brigance of Bath Springs, TN.; siblings, Roy Mayfield of Moulton, AL., Phyllis McWhorter of Bath Springs, TN., Kimberly Brigance Jones (Gordan) of Sandy Springs, GA., and Leiane Macky (Robert) of Auburn, AL.
Family will be receiving friends between 2:00 to 4:00 pm on Thursday, January 5th, 2023 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory located at 2480 Macland Rd SW, Marietta, GA 30064.
