Judy Diane Burkhalter

Judy Diane Burkhalter, age 71, of Marietta, Georgia passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2022. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, June 24, 2022 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Hayward Bass officiating. Interment will follow at 1:30pm at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton.

Born in Atlanta, Mrs. Burkhalter lived for most of her life in Cobb County. She worked as a Billing Specialist for Village Podiatry for 15 years, and was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church in Marietta. She also enjoyed shopping with her daughters, and she loved vacationing with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Wesley Burkhalter, in 2011.

Survivors include: 3 Children, Robert "Daryl" Burkhalter, Mableton, GA, Tammy Michelle (Mike) Carey, West Melbourne, FL, and Stephanie Renee (Michael) Bass, Rockmart, GA; Sister, Janet Sue (Johnny) Phillips, Rockmart, GA; 7 Grandchildren, Kristen, Brandon, Timothy, Melissa, McKenzie, Matt, and Brittany; 4 Great Grandchildren, Haylie, Alexis, Mason, and Dylan.
