Joyce Amelia Bryan

Joyce Amelia Bryan, age 83, of Marietta, Georgia passed away Monday, April 5, 2021. Private Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, April 9, 2021 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Jimmy Hood officiating. Interment will follow at Dawson Cemetery in Marietta.

A lifelong resident of Cobb County, Ms. Bryan retired from Westinghouse after 38 years of employment. She volunteered in the Activities Department at Anderson Mill Health and Rehab for 20 years, and was a member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church and was active in the Heritage Club. She also loved spending time with family and friends, and crafting of all kinds, including knitting and sewing, and shopping for antiques. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cliff and Nellie Bryan, and her brother, Larry Bryan.

Survivors include: Sister, Jo Bryan; Sister-in-Law, Mary Bryan; Nieces, Charity (K.C.) Bryan, Lindsay (Al) McDaniel and Amelia (Nick) Smith; Great Nephews and Niece, Avery and Lance Smith and Camille McDaniel, and many Cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joyce Bryan's memory to the Dawson Cemetery Association. The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 8, 2021 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta. Online guest book at www.westcobbfuneralhome.com .
