Joslynne Rillie Jones

Joslynne Rillie Jones was born in Chicago, Illinois on February 26, 1957, the second child of Aletha Beatrice Kennedy Jones and Paul Daniel Jones (both deceased). She transitioned at WellStar Hospital in Austell, GA on Aug. 23, 2020.
When Joslynne was a small child, the family moved to Los Angeles, California. After her mother's death, Joslynne, older sister Sheryl and younger brother Lance returned to Chicago to live with their maternal grandparents, Levi and Noveline Kennedy. She was baptized into Christ at an early age and remained faithful all of her life. She attended Burnside Elementary, Lindblom Technical High School and went on to study at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. After college, she began a career in property management that lasted more than 40 years. In 1988 she moved to Georgia. Her last job - one that demonstrated her professional skills as well as devotion to family -- was as Project Manager at Atlanta-based, family-packed Cooper-CitiWest, JV a field service management firm.
Joslynne is survived by an amazing ring of people who will honor her memory forever. Siblings: Sheryl Bell (Joe), Lance Jones (Beverly), Barbara Mitchell (Greg) and Kim Dennis. Aunts: Helen Pryor, Irene Hurd, Armida Kennedy, Alexis Kennedy and Aunt/Friend/Boss and Traveling Companion Janice Cooper. Nieces and Nephews: Sherahn and Shannahn Fils, Lance II and Brittney Jones, Henry and Darilynn Williams and Camryn Dennis. Great Nieces and Nephews: P.J., Christian, Brandon, Jayla, Kaleb and Mckenzie and a host of cousin's and numerous lifelong friends.
