Joseph Henry Gravley, age 74, of Smyrna passed away December 22, 2014. Memorial Services will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, January 3, 2015 in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, Marietta with Rev. Johnny Foster officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Gravley was born in Lumpkin County and lived in the Smyrna/Oakdale area most of his life. He is a graduate of Campbell High School and retired from Ford Motor Company after 31 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Herbert and Viola Gravley and is survived by his wife, Christy Gravley of Smyrna; children: Joseph D. and wife, Deverry Gravley of Hiram and Scott Gravley of Smyrna; 4 grandchildren: Tyler Gravley, Erin Gravley, D’Hannah Dugas, Elijah Dugas and beloved dog, Sugar Baby.
