Jose Raul Romero, age 74, of Powder Springs, Georgia passed away January 20, 2021. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta. Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta.

Jose Raul Romero was born July 15th in Santiago de Maria, El Salvador. He loved his family, his guitar, and above all else The Lord. He was a quiet, humble man that never met a stranger and had a kind word for everyone. He loved to tell his grandchildren riddles, jokes, and stories. He never failed to bring comfort and love to his family and for that, he will be dearly missed. He went to meet his Lord on January 20th, 2021. He is survived by his wife of 46+ years Milagro Romero; his children Margarita Vasquez, Raul Romero, Clara Romero Ventura, and Lili Romero; as well as his grandchildren Joanna Romero, Monica Romero, Kelly Ventura, Lorena Romero, Misael Ventura, Millie Romero, Samantha Ventura, Ashley Garay, and Leslie Ventura.
