Jimmy Paul Blalock, Sr., age 66, of Marietta passed away April 22, 2015.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 28 at 12 noon in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, Marietta with Pastor Van Poe officiating. Interment will follow at 2:30 pm at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton.
Paul was born in Toccoa and lived in Cobb County for most of his life. He was a Diesel Mechanic for Ryder Truck Rental and was a beloved husband, father and grandfather.
Survivors include his wife Darlene Blalock of Marietta and children: Jimmy Paul Blalock, Jr. of Marietta, Mark Stephen Blalock of Marietta, Matthew Shane Blalock of Acworth, Quentin Adam Blalock of Marietta and Julie Talitha Blalock Jordan of Acworth; 4 sisters: Ann Nix of Loganville, Jeannie Staton of Flowery Branch, Betty Gregory of Alaska, Connie Brown of South Carolina; 2 brothers: Clinton Blalock of Buford, Doug Blalock of Kennesaw and 8 grandchildren: Caleb, Shay, Breanna, Brendan, Adreanna, Dalainey, Aidan and Chase.
